Warmoicandles provides professional landscape design services. Due to the custom nature of our services, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in this policy.
Landscape design services are custom professional services tailored to each client's specific property and requirements. Once design work has commenced, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
If you cancel your project before any design work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund of any deposits paid, minus any consultation fees already rendered.
If you cancel your project after design work has commenced:
Each design package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional fees as specified in your service agreement.
To request a refund, please contact us in writing at info@warmoicandles.world with your project details and reason for cancellation. Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days.
If your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days to the original payment method used for the transaction.
If you are not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and amicably.
If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration as specified in your service agreement, or as required by applicable law.
